Sara Cos is a Mexican professional based in Rome, Italy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business in Mexico, with studies in Business and Culture Management at SRH University, Heidelberg, Germany, and a Diploma in Administration in Ireland, applying her expertise across global contexts throughout her career. She has experience in strategic planning, organizational culture, and communication, implementing initiatives in diverse sectors and international settings. She developed programs and solutions for rural communities using local resources, promoting social benefits and community development. She also has experience in operations and quality process management, integrating evaluation methodologies and continuous improvement, and has led strategic communication, digital marketing, and international coordination projects, supporting the implementation of strategies and organizational transformation across multiple countries. She is currently part of the Communication team of the Marist General Administration in Rome, contributing to strategic initiatives with global reach. She was a competitive member of the Mexican Swimming Federation, participating at the national level and integrating this discipline into her professional trajectory.
