Br. Romidio Siveris, from the Marist Province of Brasil Sul-Amazônia, was born in Campina das Missões, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He joined the Marist life at the age of 15, completing his initial formation in the Juniorate, Postulancy, Novitiate, and Scholasticate. He professed perpetual vows in 1998. He has served as a Religious Education teacher and pastoral leader in Marist schools, focusing on human, Christian, and Marist formation. His primary mission has been the initial and ongoing formation of brothers and vocations. He holds degrees in Teaching, English Language, Educational Psychology, People Management, and Psychology. He currently lives in the Provincial Residence community in Porto Alegre. He coordinates the province’s Identity, Mission, and Vocation area, supporting formation programs and accompanying the post-novitiate brothers. Since this year, he has been a Provincial Councillor and is participating as a delegate in the 23rd General Chapter in the Philippines.
