Br. César Concepción Borja Bogado was born on December 8, 1980, in Blas Garay, Caaguazú, Paraguay. He entered the postulancy in 2000 in Limpio, Paraguay, and continued his Marist formation in Cochabamba, Bolivia, where he began the novitiate in 2002. He made his first profession of vows on January 4, 2004, in Coronel Oviedo, Paraguay, renewing them annually until his perpetual profession on January 4, 2012, in the same city. He holds a degree in Philosophy and a Licentiate in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Asunción (UCA), and has also pursued studies in Pedagogy and Philosophy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, Brazil. Throughout his Marist journey, he has served as a secondary school teacher and principal, and has coordinated vocational ministry in Paraguay. He is currently a Provincial Councillor of the Cruz del Sur Province, contributing to its spiritual and educational mission.
