Br. Jaime Comabella Callizo is from the Ibérica Province and a former student of the Marist school in Zaragoza. He entered Marist life early in his formation and has dedicated much of his mission to youth and vocations ministry, both in Spain and in international contexts. A significant experience in his journey was his nearly five-year service in El Salvador, where he worked with the Central American University (UCA) on a research project focused on violence, youth, and salvation. Upon returning, he continued his commitment to Marist animation as a member of the Commission on Marist Life. He is currently president of the Fundación Maristas Ibérica and Vice-Provincial. He is also a member of the Preparatory Commission for the XXIII General Chapter and was appointed to the Provisional Committee.
