Br. Rommel Ocasiones was born on October 15, 1977, in the Philippines. He has known the Marist Brothers since childhood, having attended one of their schools in Manila. He has a sister and a brother, both professionals. He entered the formation program in 1995, made his first profession in 1999, and his perpetual profession in 2006. He has served as a teacher, administrator, mission coordinator, parish organizer, and formator. He is currently engaged in formation ministry in General Santos City, accompanying young men discerning the Marist way of life. In 2021, he participated in the Marist Brothers’ Formation Program for Formators in Rome, and since 2022 he has been a member of the Provincial Council of East Asia.
