Br. Fabien Bulaimu, was born on August 12, 1985, in Kindu, Democratic Republic of Congo. He entered postulancy in Nyakato (Tanzania) in 2005 and completed his novitiate in Save (Rwanda), making his first vows in 2008. He professed perpetual vows in 2014 in Bobandana (Goma Diocese). He studied at the Marist International Centre (MIC) in Nairobi and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education (English and Literature) in 2012 from the Marist International University College, affiliated with the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He also obtained a Diploma in Religious Studies. Later, he earned a licentiate in Psychology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome (2016–2020). He has served as formator at the Nyakato postulancy, teacher and bursar in Marist schools in Tanzania, and assistant superior at the General House in Rome. Currently, he is Novice Master at the Interprovincial Novitiate of Save (Rwanda) and has been a Provincial Councilor since 2021. He also offers psycho-spiritual accompaniment and is a member of the International Commission for the New Formation Guide.
