Brother Francis Jumbe, born on 20th March 1974 in Chiradzulu District, in the Southern part of Malawi, belongs to the Province of Southern Africa, which includes Angola, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. With years of experience as an educator and school administrator (Headteacher) in various Marist schools across Malawi and Zambia, he is currently serving in Malawi as a member of the Provincial Council. His passion for Guidance and Counseling drives his commitment to helping young people lead purpose-driven lives amidst challenges and uncertainty. Br. Francis currently chairs the African Mission Commission and serves as the Regional Secretary for Africa on the International Marist Mission Commission. Additionally, he contributes to the Education working group within the Secretariat of Solidarity.
